• Balanced Botanical Recipe

    We spend countless hours perfecting our recipe before we even begin the distillation process. For our Contemporary Dry Gin, the recipe is a careful blend of 13 botanicals including juniper, lemon peel, fennel, Szechuan pepper and rosemary. When available locally we source directly from local suppliers. By balancing our botanicals just right, we can create a gin that is both timeless and contemporary, with a flavour profile that is smooth and complex.



  • Patiently and
    under Vacuum

    Starting with a 48-hour maceration our botanicals infuse every ounce of flavour into the base spirit. This is the foundation of our gin, allowing each botanical to impart its unique characteristics. After maceration begins our vacuum distillation process which takes up to 12 hours and begins as the sun rises. Unlike traditional methods, vacuum distillation occurs at a much lower temperature, gently extracting the purest and most flavorful essences from our botanicals. Finally, the vapour is condensed back into a liquid, resulting in a gin that is a true labour of love and worth every moment of the process.
  • No Filter and
    No Sugar

    We only use good Austrian water, which perfectly complements our botanicals, resulting in a distinct and refreshing taste. To maintain the authenticity of our gin, we do not filter it after distillation, allowing the natural flavours and aromas to shine through. And we do not add sugar, as we believe that doing so can diminish the delicate nuances that make up our Contemporary Dry.
