Balanced Botanical Recipe
We perfect our gin with 13 botanicals, including Austrian juniper, lemon peel, fennel, Szechuan pepper, and elderflower. Sourcing locally when possible, we balance these flavors to create a smooth, complex gin.

Patiently and Under Vacuum
We start with a 48-hour maceration, infusing our botanicals into the base spirit. Our 12-hour vacuum distillation at low temperatures gently extracts the purest essences. The result is a gin that captures the unique characteristics of each botanical.

No Filter and No Sugar
We use pure Austrian water to complement our botanicals, creating a distinct and refreshing taste. We don't filter after distillation, preserving natural flavors and aromas, and we don't add sugar to maintain the delicate nuances of our Contemporary Dry Gin.
