Returns & Refunds
This policy explains your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law and
what happens if something arrives faulty. We do not offer returns or
refunds beyond these statutory rights.
1. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without
giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a
third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical
possession of the goods. For an order of multiple items delivered
separately, the period runs from possession of the last item.
To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement —
an email to billy@charlesingvar.com, a letter by post, or by using the
withdrawal function on our website (the "Submit withdrawal" link in our
footer). You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy,
but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your
communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the
standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days from the day we are
informed of your withdrawal. If you chose a more expensive delivery
method than our standard option, we are not required to refund the
extra cost.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or
you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is
earliest.
- We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used, at no
cost to you.
Returning the goods:
- Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling
us you are withdrawing.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting
from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature,
characteristics and functioning. In other words, you may open and
inspect a product as you would in a shop; doing so does not cancel your
right to withdraw.

2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
This is separate from the right of withdrawal. If your order arrives
damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at billy@charlesingvar.com as
soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Your
statutory warranty rights under Austrian law remain unaffected.
